HAY FEVER
High Farce Meets A Comedy of Manners

Hay Fever is set in a country house, and deals with the four eccentric members of the Bliss family, and their outlandish behaviour when each invites a guest to stay for the weekend. The self-centred attitude of the hosts finally drives their guests to flee by the first available train. Hay Fever was a huge hit when it was first performed in the West End in 1925, and its popularity remains undiminished today.
